Tami Hay has a Masters in Live-Food Spiritual Nutrition, study Social Work,
has been a massage therapist for two decades and is enthralled with mind-body-heart healing and showing up in the world liberated and authentic.
Through three decades of eating organic to heal my sons allergies; my recovery from being very ill with crohns and colitis; teaching and witnessing many others heal with plant based living food; a Masters in live food nutrition; studying with some of the best Integrative physicians; and a Mother Bear fierce inquiry to keep our children and grandchildren’s mind-body well, I dove into writing a book on three hot topics; the microbiome and gut health, the mind-body-earth connection and peace as studied by the Essenes.
My grandchildren have enriched my heart and my living food gives me endless play, dance and nature energy to muse in the microbes with them.
EarthGut: The Story of Peace, Love and Microbes
is a book of poetic love and story.
I live with my dog Omni, Nate the best roommate ever, and share my log country home with many friends, family, Grandchildren, retreat participants, plants and sprouts, on a little piece of the prairie near Edmonton, Alberta.
My heart’s longing is for ALL sentient beings to be happy, healthy and FREE.
